Lucy Siwale
Trainee Level Two Early Years Educator
Lucy is currently training for her Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education, building on hands-on experience gained since joining the team in January. As a parent herself, she brings a nurturing and understanding approach to her role, supporting each child’s development with care and enthusiasm.
