    The Role of Parents

At Buttsbury Pre-school Billericay, we highly value the vital role that parents and carers play as the primary educators of their children. Our dedicated staff work in collaboration with parents and carers to deliver the highest standard of care and education for the children. We believe that a strong partnership between pre-school staff and families creates a nurturing and enriching environment for all.

We encourage parent involvement in a variety of ways:

    • Exchanging knowledge about children’s needs, activities, interests, and progress with our staff.
    • Contributing to progress checks, especially at age two.
    • Helping during sessions of the pre-school.
    • Sharing personal interests with the children.
    • Building a community with other parents.
    • Taking part in community activities that the Billericay pre-school is involved in.

    The Parent and Carers' Rota

At Buttsbury Pre-school, we warmly welcome parents, grandparents, and caregivers to join us. Whether discussing your child's progress, taking a tour, or participating in a session, there’s always an opportunity to be part of our daily routine. Parents can sign up for specific sessions by contacting our office staff while gaining valuable insight into their child’s activities and progress at our outstanding pre-school in Billericay.
