Penny Avery
Level Three Early Years Educator

Penny joined Buttsbury Pre-school in 2023, bringing over 15 years of experience in early years education. She holds a Level 3 qualification and is passionate about supporting children as they grow in confidence and prepare for their next steps. Penny takes great joy in being part of each child’s unique learning journey and is responsible for our outside area, ensuring the garden is a place of exploration and wonder.
