Julie brings more than 23 years of experience in early years education and holds a Level 4 qualification in Early Years Practice. As Business Manager and Designated Safeguarding Lead, she values strong relationships with families and is deeply committed to the care and development of every child. Seeing children grow into confident, capable learners inspires her daily.
