With over 23 years in early years education, Tracey has led Buttsbury Pre-school for the past decade. Holding a Level 4 Early Years qualification, she is passionate about creating a nurturing, play-based environment that supports children's development. Her love for storytelling, songs, hands-on learning, and messy play sparks joy and curiosity in every child.
